Online Return & Cancellation Policy

All handcrafted candles cannot be returned and refunded because they are made to order. For home decor and accessory returns, refunds will be processed within 3-7 days via email after the return shipment is received. Original shipping charges may not be eligible for refund and return shipping costs may be deducted from the refunded amount plus any restocking fee.

For damaged or defective items, please contact us by email and provide photo evidence within seven days after order delivery to receive a replacement.

Online Return Policy Continued:

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of the delivery day.
  • Items listed as final sale are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable.
  • Items must be unopened, brand new and in original condition & packaging with original packaging, boxes and/or cards.
  • Returned item(s) may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% and return shipping costs
  • Returned item(s) or orders may be subject to return shipping charges.
  • We may not be responsible for any packages that are stolen, lost, or returned due to incorrect, invalid or missing address details including but not limited to misspelled or omitted street numbers, name, or apartment, unit, suite, or floor numbers.
  • We may not be responsible for failed deliveries or shipment returns if the recipient is unavailable for receiving or signing, or if the shipping location is closed, locked, or cannot be accessed by the carrier.
  • Shipments are unavailable for re-routing service.
  • Incorrect item(s) received must be reported within 3 days and returned to us within 7 business days.
  • An item or item(s) that are brand new being returned to us that arrive damaged cannot be approved for refund.
  • Approved return shipments must be correctly labelled and shipped to the respective return locations.
  • Orders that are three or more days old that are placed or shipped with an invalid or incorrect address cannot be refunded or credited unless items are unavailable.
  • Policies and procedures are subject to change without notice.
