Online Return & Cancellation Policy
All returns will be refunded as store credits, not including original and return shipping costs. The buyer will receive an Anaïs Candle E-gift card within 3-7 days via email after the return shipment is received. The buyer is responsible for covering the return shipping cost.
Request A Return Label
Please email us your order number and email to email@example.com with, titled: Return Inquiry. A return label will be provided via email.
Online Return Policy Continued:
- Item/items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery day
- Item/Items must be brand new and in original condition & packaging (with original boxes, cards, etc.)
- Anaïs Candle will not be responsible for any packages that are stolen, lost or returned back to us. We also are not able to rerouted and held
- Incorrect item/items delivered must be reported within 2 days and returned to us within 7 days of the delivery day
Anaïs Candle is not responsible for item/items that is/are damaged during the shipping process
- Item/Items that are brand new being returned to us that arrive damaged will not be eligible for refund
- No return drop-off
