• Shipments/orders refused due to non-payment of C.O.D charges, import fees, import duties, and/or import charges will not receive a refund for shipping charges/costs paid.

• Shipment(s)/order(s) not picked up from your country's Postal Office/Service Center, or failed to be delivered to your inputted address may be abandoned and destroyed, or may be 'returned to sender'.
