For international orders: You, the purchaser or the recipient, are responsible for understanding and anticipating any possible, unforeseen, or potential import fees, duties, or charges when purchasing from this website and shipping to your chosen location.

Shipments/orders refused due to non-payment of C.O.D charges, import fees, import duties, and/or import charges will not receive a refund for shipping charges/costs paid.

Shipment(s)/order(s) not picked up from your country's Postal Office/Service Center, or failed to be delivered to your inputted address may be abandoned and destroyed, or may be 'returned to sender'. In the event of a shipment returned to us, due to an invalid, incorrect, undeliverable address, a restocking fee up to 15% may apply.

We chose all-natural, non-toxic ingredients in our candles despite the increase in complexity of our candle-making process, longer production time, and higher cost Our candles don't give off toxic byproducts and heavy soot when lit.
