Our candles are made to order, therefore orders cannot be canceled after being placed.


Online Return & Cancellation Policy

All handcrafted candles cannot be returned and refunded since they are made to order. For home decor and jewelry returns, refunds will be processed within 3-7 days via email after the return shipment is received not including original and return shipping costs. The buyer is responsible for covering the return shipping cost. Return shipping costs will be deducted from refunded amount. 

For damaged items, customer must contact our customer service email and provide evidence in the form of photo or video within 2 days after order delivered in order to receive a refund or replacement. 

Online Return Policy Continued:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery day
  • Items must be brand new and in original condition & packaging (with original boxes, cards, etc.)
  • Returned item(s) may be subject to a 15% restocking fee deducted from the order's refunded amount
  • Anaïs Candle will not be responsible for any packages that are stolen, lost, or returned back to us
  • Shipments are unavailable for re-routing service
  • Incorrect item(s) delivered must be reported within 2 days and returned to us within 7 days of the delivery day
  • Anaïs Candle is not responsible for item/items that is/are damaged during the shipping process
  • An item or item(s) that are brand new being returned to us that arrive damaged will not be eligible for refund
  • All item returns must be correctly labelled and shipped to our warehouse receiving locations
  • Policies and procedures are subject to change without notice
